BCMB Excellence and Inclusivity in Biochemistry Seminar Series
Organizer Description: The Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the University of Georgia is proud to announce our Excellence and Inclusivity in Biochemistry Seminar Series. We are seeking applications from scholars who are anticipating applying for independent faculty positions in the fall of 2024. From the applications, we will select candidates to give a seminar at the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology in Athens, GA. We anticipate bringing awardees to campus in September or October of 2024, and provide an opportunity to present their work and continue to build their networks. Candidates are also provided the opportunity to perform a practice “chalk talk,” if they desire. This program is open to all candidates, and more information on the selection criteria is provided at this website. Please also feel free to email me directly with any questions.
