Support and Exhibit Policies— What You Need to Know

• Opportunities will be determined on a first-come, first-served basis.
• ISSCR reserves the right to review and approve materials before providing
  mailing labels.
• Complimentary meeting registration must be used by supporter’s employees per
  CME guidelines.
• Support of events does not include the opportunity to address the audience or introduce the speaker from the podium per CME guidelines.
• Organizations are instructed to inform ISSCR of any meetings or events they are holding to
  which ISSCR attendees are invited. Affiliated functions may not occur during the official ISSCR educational sessions and activities. Any affiliated function that delegates are expected to attend must be scheduled before or after official meeting hours.
• All support agreements must be made on the ISSCR Support and Exhibit Contract and
  submitted with full payment to ISSCR Headquarters.
• ISSCR reserves the right to develop and introduce new support opportunities at any time.
• No exhibitor shall sublet, assign or share any part of the space allocated without the
  written consent of the ISSCR.
